The Yoshibo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regards personal information protection and appropriate management as an important social responsibility and, in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws, has set the personal information protection policy as below and works toward the protection of our customers’ personal information.

Appropriate Collecting/Use of Personal Information

We collect personal information in a legal and fair way and inform our customers who are the subjects of such information the purpose of use, or announce necessary information on the corporation’s website. In the case the personal information is collected through a third party in an indirect manner, we ensure that such personal information is collected properly. We will use the collected information only to the extent of the purposes informed our customers or announced on the Company’s website.

Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

Except as permitted by law, personal information will not be made available to a third party without prior consent of the customers.

Safe Management of Personal Information

The Company shall formulate a “risk countermeasure plan” and implement appropriate information security measures including unauthorized access measure and computer virus measures in order to prevent loss, destruction, alteration or inappropriate dissemination of the personal information.

Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Personal Information

Where an enquiry or demand for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasing and suspension of provision to a third party of the personal information is made by a customer, the Company shall respond to said enquiry or demand in good faith.

Supervision of Employees

The Company has established the Personal Information Protection and Management Regulations, which regulates the responsibility, authority and procedure to manage the personal information internally, to make certain that the regulations are fully understood by everyone in the company, from senior officers to new employees and ensure the precise management of the personal information handling at the Company. In addition, the Company regularly examines whether the personal information is properly managed or not and continuously improves the system as necessary.

Supervision of Suppliers

Whenever it commissions the handling of personal information to a third party for its operation, or, shares the personal information with a third party, the Company shall investigate such supplier, conclude a necessary contract with them and implement other legally necessary measures.
