YOSHIMURA WOOLLEN SPINING CO., LTD. was incorporated
The company began operation of spinning industry centered around animal fiber and hair such as cashmere
1961
The company was appointed as a Japan-China friendly trading company
1965
The company began importing Chinese raw silk for the first time in Japan
1969
The company founded a holding company in Hong Kong
It also founded a joint corporation of woolen spinning factory in Portuguese Macao
It received the manufacturing authorization of the Woolmark products by the
International Wool Secretariat
1973
The Company began exporting machinery to China
1977
Magosaburo Yoshimura became the Chairman and Kiyoshi Yoshimura became CEO
1980
The company built a silk processing factory of Japanese apparel products in Jiangsu, China
1990
The company name was changed to YOSHIBO CORPORATION
Kiyoshi Yoshimura became the Chairman and Keinosuke Yoshimura became CEO
1991
The company opened its Shanghai Office
1994
The company transferred all machinery of spinning factory to Jiangsu Province, China
1997
The company reorganized the Shanghai Office into a wholly foreign owned enterprise and founded the YOSHIBO (SHANGHAI) INTERNATIONAL TRADING Co., LTD.
1998
The corporation invited a commercial facility to the site of its headquarter factory for active utilization of the land
2011
The company transferred trading business of industrial materials to other company
